AF series - Notching and Drilling machines continuously
A.F. Ltd. offers a wide range of drilling rigs and Notching continuously in various sizes (light work).
The AF drilling technology is constantly improved according to customer requests and suggestions, especially with regard to ease of use, flexibility of production and changes in machine size different working with a particular emphasis on a space smaller machines.
The machines can use AF AF original molds or dies of other brands, punch (male female) or dies, and can perform the following steps: drilling - affect - cut - plate - printing.
A.F. Ltd offers equipment for drilling machines (controlled by a PLC) or machines with manual controls (they have some computerized controls to work better).
All machines are in AF to date with all existing laws, and conform to CE marking.
AF500 ( AF350 eAF800 ) are smaller models of the drilling rigs designed and carved for tomaifici and shoe factories.
With their useful area of 350, 500 and 800 mm are capable of drilling, stamping, plating, engraving hot and cold, working continuously, on individual pieces (uppers) or rolls of plastic.
The RPM is electronically controlled and allows tremendous flexibility in speed (from 0 to 300 strokes per minute).
The material is transported by a carpet of paper that is wrapped and held by a controlled motor and can be used multiple times.
AF machines can be mechanical and semi-automatic and allow the use of molds to "Die" for the processing of standard materials or molds to "punch" for elastic materials and spongy.
AF1600 (AF1200 e AF1800)is one of the largest drilling rigs and Notching, tannery and is suitable for machining of plastics.
With its useful area of 1,600 mm, is capable of drilling, stamping, plating, engraving hot and cold, and if necessary simultaneously.
The AF1600 is constantly working on pieces that hides also working with rolls of plastic (the machine has a predisposition for the development and rewind the material being processed).
The powerful engine for more than 50 Nm is electronically controlled and allows a huge change in speed (from 0 to 350 strokes per minute).
The carpet of paper carrying the material can be reused several times.
